GOLDEN GLOW KYOTO is a private, appointment-only beauty and wellness salon.
We welcome only one guest or one group at a time, allowing you to relax and enjoy a peaceful, personalized experience in complete privacy.
You can book your appointment online or contact us directly for assistance.
Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
As we are a private appointment-only salon, early arrival may not be possible if we are still assisting another guest.
Due to the limited space in our private salon, please contact us in advance if you would like to bring someone who is not receiving a treatment.
While you enjoy your treatment, your accompanying guest is welcome to explore Nishiki Market, located just outside our salon, or relax at the bar on the first floor or the waiting area on the second floor.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like to confirm your preferred payment method before your appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
The following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 24 hours before your appointment: No charge
- Within 24 hours of your appointment: 50% of the reserved treatment price
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reserved treatment price
- No-show: 100% of the reserved treatment price
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time depending on our schedule. The full price of the reserved treatment may still apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
