Gofun Nail – Beauty of Kyoto at Your Fingertips
Gofun Nail is a water-based nail polish created by the traditional Japanese paint shop “Ueba
Esou,” established in 1751. This long-standing shop, which has been producing pigments for
Japanese paintings, has developed a nail polish that is gentle on the nails and resonates with
tradition.

The main ingredients are water, and a natural material called “Gofun” (finely powdered seashells), which is also used in Japanese paintings and traditional cosmetics. It is characterized by being odorless, quick-drying.
